Chamois Visitor Center and Wildlife Area

Entirely dedicated to the chamois and the wildlife and vegetation characterizing the Park, this center with annexed wildlife area represents a valid information point if you want to discover this wonderful animal.

Situated in the small city of Rovere, in the municipality of Rocca di Mezzo, within the visitor center there are an information point with materials, a mural representing the habitat of the chamois, descriptive panels, rests of animal and plants from the Sirente Velino Park, a plastic model of a chamois and a case with specimens of chamois.
The last room is used as a conference hall or recreational room to carry out environmental education activities for children. A large window and some binoculars allow visitors to view the wildlife area.
