Di Scuola In CEA... La Via della Sostenibilità 2010/2011

For the school year 2010/11, the Park Environmental Education Center managed by Sherpa coop together with cooperative Ambecò presents to the schools of Regione Abruzzo the environmental education projects of "Di Scuola in C.E.A... la Via della Sostenibilità" (From Schools to Environmental Education Centers... The Way of Sustainability), financed by Regione Abruzzo.
This year the initiative is characterized by the possibility to carry out personalized projects which, thanks to the collaboration between teachers and operators of the Environmental Education Centers, will better focus on the training/educational needs of each class joining the project (information on how to join the project at the web address: www.regione.abruzzo.it/xInfea)
From a careful survey dedicated to the needs of the territory and from the knowledge of the policies adopted in the fields of environmental enhancement and safeguard, the Park Environmental Education Center (CEA) has chosen and presented to the Schools the following themes, containing the projects to plan together with the teachers: biodiversity, sustainable mobility, energy from renewable sources, separate waste collection, recycle, re-use and good practices, sustainable tourism, straying, climate and climate changes, the Brown Bear.
